Welcome to the Peach platform, operated by Peach Direct LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peach platform ("Platform") available at https://peach.direct/.
By registering on and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must create an account. Users are required to provide accurate information during registration and must keep their information updated in case of changes.
Tutors may offer free trial sessions for Students. These sessions allow Students to experience the Tutor’s style and decide whether to purchase paid sessions.
Paid classes are booked by purchasing a Session Bundle. Each Session Bundle is priced and structured by the Tutor. Paid classes must be completed within one year from the date of purchase.
Tutors set their own prices for Session Bundles and earn money from each completed session. If a student books a session with a Tutor through a Lead Tutor’s page, the Lead Tutor receives a 20% commission on all payments between that student and the Tutor.
Tutor earnings are deposited into their accounts and can be withdrawn through the Platform using Stripe. Withdrawals are subject to a 2% fee. The minimum payout amount is determined by the payment provider.
Tutors are solely responsible for paying any taxes due on the earnings they generate through the Platform.
Refunds are not issued for expired or missed sessions unless otherwise agreed by the Tutor. Students can cancel or reschedule sessions free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a session is canceled within 24 hours, it will be considered expired, and no refund will be provided.
All content uploaded to the Platform, including text, images, videos, and other materials, becomes the property of Peach Direct LTD. We may use this content on our website and in our social media channels for promotional and marketing purposes.
Users who wish to delete their accounts must contact support via email. Upon receipt of the request, the account will be deleted within 30 days. Any outstanding payments or ongoing sessions must be settled before the account can be canceled.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in functionality, features, or services offered. We are not liable for any interruptions or modifications of services.
Users will be notified via email regarding important updates, changes to these Terms, or any service modifications. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Peach Direct LTD is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to service interruptions, technical issues, or third-party actions. Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration conducted in London, United Kingdom. Users agree to attempt mediation before escalating any disputes to arbitration or legal proceedings.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peach Direct LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
